Thank you very much for offering us the opportunity to be the case study for last week's project. Having so many bright minds to brainstorm our website has left us with some very practical ideas for its future development as well as a set of further questions that we would not previously have known to ask! Already some of the easier changes are going live and we shall be looking at the more fundamental issues as soon as we have the time to consider them properly. Please could you pass on my gratitude to everyone involved and especially to the students: I do hope that it was as valuable and interesting to them as it was to us (and will be to our service users).
